Under California Department of Real Estate regulations if we are unable to provide you with at least 3 properties matching your criteria within 5 days of your joining the service we will issue a full refund. You can view the agreement in it's entirely on the registration page.

There are some exceptions, the most prominent of which is the monthly rent cost. We do not set the rates on our listings; the landlords are entirely responsible for that, and all of our rentals are listed at current market price. We are not responsible to landlords not returning your call or their behavior. Please read the rental tips. If you refuse to search within acceptable price ranges, then we cannot be held responsible for a lack of search results. If you are having problems finding an apartment within your criteria, feel free to contact us for advice on the search process. Please issue a trouble ticket under contact us. All requests are answered in a timely manner in the order that it was received.
